In math we have been learning what integers are, They are positive and negative numbers that you ether add or subtract. I learned that if you had +3+(-4)=-1 because negative to the left positive to the right. If I had-9+(+8)=-1 because you add +8. I also learned that if you had-5-(+5)=-10 because you have to make cancellations that are when you have a + and a — that equals 0 because if they are both one the answer is still zero because nothing is changing. When you have 5 of those take all of the + numbers away. Thats how you add and subtract integers.
